At Naayela’s Dream Publications, we are proud to tell stories of Namibians who turn ambition into impact and passion into service. For May, we celebrate Willibard N Hadula, a driven young leader whose journey reflects resilience, growth, and a deep commitment to giving back.

A Windhoek Beginning
Willibard was born and raised in Windhoek, where his outlook on life, leadership, and opportunity was shaped. Growing up in the city exposed him to both challenges and possibilities, helping him develop a strong sense of purpose from an early age.
Entrepreneurial Spirit from Early On
Straight out of high school, Willibard took a bold step by moving to South Africa to work for a marketing company. That experience gave him real-world exposure, sharpened his skills, and strengthened his confidence in the field of marketing and business.
Building Knowledge and Skills
His academic journey reflects his hunger for growth. He studied Marketing and Finance, as well as Marketing Management at IUM, and is currently studying Media Science at UNAM. This blend of business and media knowledge positions him well in today’s fast-changing world.
Youth Activist with a Heart for Charity
Beyond business, Willibard is deeply passionate about charity work. He is involved with several charitable organizations, including the Better Days Foundation. For him, success means little if it is not shared with those who need support the most.
Giving Back Where It All Started
One of the most meaningful chapters of his journey is his current role as an Executive Committee Member and Chairperson of the Finance and Resource Mobilization Committee at FAWE. This is the very organization that supported him during his high school years. Today, he gives back by helping ensure other young people receive the same opportunities he once did.
Why His Story Matters
Mr Willibard N Hadula represents a generation of Namibian youth who are educated, socially conscious, and committed to building a better future. His story is a reminder that where you come from does not limit where you can go, especially when you remain rooted in service and gratitude.
As we celebrate him this May, we honor a Namibian hero who continues to lead with purpose, uplift others, and prove that true success is measured by impact.
